The Konzession is your permit to run a rental-car business. The P-Schein is your driver's permit to transport passengers. The TÜV is the safety check of your car. If one of these papers expires and nobody notices, your business stops. This tracker shows you in one glance which deadline hits next.
How the tracker works
You enter, for every driver and every car, the important documents. P-Schein. Driver's license check under § 21 StVG (the law says you must check driver licenses regularly). TÜV. Konzession. BOKraft check. For each document you set the expiration date. The tracker sorts by urgency. Red light: already expired or in less than 30 days. Amber light: in the next 90 days. Green light: everything else.

›Why is a deadline tracker so important?
An expired Konzession means your car runs illegally. An expired P-Schein means your driver may not carry a passenger. Both can cost you the permit. Excel works too. But someone has to keep it up to date. That's the hard part.
›How much lead time do I need for renewal?
P-Schein renewal: 6 to 8 weeks (medical check, office). Konzession: 3 to 6 months. TÜV: 2 weeks. So: be alerted 90 days before, not 30.
